Payment

The amount of the stay will be debited from your credit card in full at the time of booking.

A deposit of 300€ per stay, will be asked by SWIKLY, your bank details will have to be transmitted 3 working days before your stay. It will not be cashed, except at the end of the stay if there is damage and/or deterioration.

You must send by mail, a certificate of civil liability insurance holiday to be obtained from the insurer of your main residence,

Before your stay, you must send to the owner, by e-mail, a copy of the identity card that you will present the day of your arrival.

Contractual conditions, cancellation and use of the premises

Cancellation by the client

  • Cancellation is free of charge for 48 hours after the reservation date, provided that the traveler cancels at least 14 days before arrival (time indicated in the confirmation e-mail).
  • A cancellation up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival, when the reservation has been made beyond the 48 hours, allows a refund of 50% of the price of the stay.
  • Cancellation between the 14th and 8th day inclusive before the scheduled arrival allows a refund of 20% of the price of the stay.
  • Cancellation between the 7th day and the scheduled arrival or if the traveler decides to shorten his/her stay, no refund will be made. 100 % of the planned rate is due by the traveler(s).

Cancellation by the lessor

  • The rental company has the possibility to cancel the stay 7 days before the arrival date of the client. In this case, the traveler will be reimbursed for the full amount paid. After this period, if the owner has to cancel the stay, the owner will reimburse the totality of the stay and will be able to propose alternative dates with a reduction of 20% on the rate (except promotions)
  • Modification or cancellation of the stay by the establishment BEFORE your arrival or on the spot:
    In case of orange weather alert, with external events announced, independent of our will, such as bad weather, storm or storm, the establishment reserves the right to cancel your stay for safety reasons. In this case, you will be proposed́ a postponement of your stay to a later date
  • The renter is able to not accept customers who will not respect the following rules:
    • Clients cannot stay at La Casita with a pet.
    • The reservation is made for a maximum of 2 people, if the number of travelers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse additional guests. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a breach of contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of a number of customers higher than those refused, no refund can be considered.

Case of force majeure

In case of serious illness, serious accident or death of a registered occupant, the stay will be fully reimbursed on the basis of a hospitalization report or death certificate.

In case of (Covid-19 and other declared pandemic) :

Unless a decree or order prevails over the stated conditions, any stay that cannot be honored, within less than 14 days before the scheduled start date of the stay, will be subject to the following provisions:

  • In case of new governmental measures (mileage restrictions, national or local confinement, curfew, closure of establishments or borders, etc.) preventing your coming, , a postponement of stay will be proposed to you over a period of 18 months
  • If one of the occupants tests positive for Covid-19 (or other virus declared as a pandemic) upon presentation of proof, a postponement of stay will be proposed to you over a period of 12 months from the initial date of stay, no refund of stay can be considered.
  • If one of the occupants is a case of contact with Covid-19 (or other virus declared as a pandemic) upon presentation of proof of health insurance, a postponement of stay will be offered for a period of 6 months from the date of initial stay

For any request for a postponement of your stay due to force majeure, please send your request by email. Postponements will be made according to availability, for the current year from the date of reservation only.

No other compensation can be claimed. If your reservation is based on a gift certificate, the general sales conditions concerning gift certificates apply. Gift certificates are not refundable.

Modification or cancellation of stay by yourself ON SITE

In the case of a refusal to access your accommodation, no compensation can be claimed.

Other Conditions

  • Arrival: The client must arrive on the specified day and at the times mentioned at the time of booking. In case of late or delayed arrival, the client must inform the owner.
  • Use of the premises: The client must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use of them in accordance with their purpose, in particular the use of the kitchen and the kitchen elements reserved for vegan and/or vegetarian food. The client agrees to return the house in the state in which he/she found it upon arrival. The client is responsible for any damage caused by him/her.
  • Access to the Nordic bath: It is not included in the service, nevertheless Cilica and Christophe invite you to use it, if you wish it and on preliminary request. It will be for your exclusive use during your stay, in this sense, you will have the necessary instructions so that you take care of keeping it warm during your stay, if you wish.
  • Tourist tax: The tourist tax is a local tax that the client must pay to the owner who then transfers it to the Treasury. It amounts to 2.50 euros per night and per person. You will pay it at the time of booking.

Purchase and reservation with a gift voucher

It is possible to buy gift vouchers by requesting them by mail to the owners

Validity of the gift vouchers

The gift vouchers are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. They can be used every day that the establishment is open except :

– During school vacations and public holidays A prior reservation must be made.

Cancellation before your stay

No refund can be requested.

Capacity

The number of persons mentioned in the price list corresponds to the maximum occupancy allowed, taking into account the equipment available. It cannot be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons.

Rates

Unless options are selected, the basic price includes :

Rental, provision of ears, comforters, sheets, towels, bathrobes, dish towels, soaps – shampoo, cleaning products, toilet paper, kitchen rolls, laundry and softener, garbage bags, firewood and wood to heat the Nordic bath, gas, electricitý. WI FI. Utensils for cooking. Dishes, Tea, coffee, herbal teas, sea salt, olive oil, brown sugar, organic, a welcome tray.

Exclusive and unlimited access to the Nordic bath, (on request to the guests) use of the washing machine and dryer, iron… garden furniture, access to the garden and parking around La Casita.

The basic price does not include* :

  • Breakfast
  • Cleaning at the end of the stay (compulsory option: 40€ per stay)
  • The tourist tax of 2€50 per night and per person

The options

For two people:

  • advice in vegan cooking: 1 hour 55 €
  • initiation or deepening of the practices: Qi Gong, Tai- ji -Quan 1 hour: 55 €
  • meditation offered with 1 or more options.

Per person:

  • Shiatsu massages 65 € (1h 30)

Deposit of guarantee

A deposit / security deposit, of 300€ will be requested after booking through the company SWIKLY and retained without cashing on your credit card. At the end of the stay, it will be cancelled, except damage or loss of objects. The information must be provided to the company SWIKLY at least 3 working days before the beginning of the stay.

Before the beginning of the stay, you must provide, by e-mail, a certificate of civil liability insurance for your holiday, to be obtained from the insurer of your main residence.

Cleaning

The owner puts at your disposal a house perfectly cleaned in the respect of the rules of hygiene recommended by the competent authorities following the pandemic due to the COVID-19. Therefore, the house must be left clean and tidy: the floor must be clean, the toilets must be cleaned, the dishes must be washed and put away, the bed linen and towels must be put in the bins provided.

There is a device for the selective sorting of the dustbins. They must be emptied and taken out: household waste, except for compost, you must bring with you, the others to be recycled you can either take them away or leave them in the dedicated compartments. The tenant has all the cleaning material at his disposal for this purpose.

The owner then carries out a complete cleaning operation for the reception of the next tenant.

Food

La Casita has been created to allow a healing and “DETOX” experience, in this sense, the owners ask you to cook and or store, in La Casita, only vegan and / or vegetarian food products. They will give you the necessary advice so that you can comply with this request and reserve the right to interrupt the stay, without the right to any refund, in case of non-compliance.

Internet supply, Hadopi law

The Hirer hereby undertakes to respect the terms of the Hadopi law, as stipulated in the texts presented on the website: https://www.hadopi.fr/organisation/presentation

The use that the guests will make of the network put at their disposal is of their strict responsibility.

Animals

Animals are not allowed, the owner reserves the right to refuse entry to the premises, in the event that this request is not respected́e. The payment conditions apply in the same way as for a no-show on the day of arrival.

Valuables

It is recommended not to leave any valuables in the accommodation. The owner cannot be held responsible for theft or loss in the accommodation.

Complaints

Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within one day of departure to La Casita – Sagesses, Hameau de Nestri 09200 Alos France

Consumption of alcohol and cigarettes

It is strictly forbidden to be inebriated in the accommodation or in the access. It is forbidden to smoke inside and near the accommodation and the Nordic bath.

Dispute

In case of dispute, the Court of Foix (09- France) is competent.
